Linda Monette is the Co-Founder and Co-Principal of Total Office Solutions, LLP. She and her husband, Michael, launched the company in 1987 with a vision to build something different — a business with a sustainable, long-term future. Nearly four decades later, Total Office Solutions has grown into a thriving group of brands offering turnkey commercial relocation, furniture procurement, IT integration, and facility services including decommissioning and liquidation.
Linda is widely respected for her calm, intentional leadership style. She guided Total Office Solutions through periods of rapid growth while maintaining a firm grip on strategy, finances, and culture — laying the solid foundation on which the company operates today. Under her direction, TOS expanded into Austin, San Antonio, and Houston with its full suite of 'Anywhere' companies, including Move Solutions, Office Furniture Plus, TechTeam Solutions, and Corporate Source.
As a woman-owned and led business, Total Office Solutions holds credentials from NAWBO, WBENC, HUB, GSA, and TXMAS — a reflection of Linda's strong belief in fairness, accessibility, and inclusion. Of the nearly 300 employees who call TOS home, almost one-third have been with the company for 10 to 20 consecutive years.
Linda and Michael are firm believers in giving back to the communities where they live and work. TOS has partnered with more than 25 beneficiaries at the local and national levels, leading all North Texas companies in the annual Toys for Tots drive — expanding collection space to 25,000 square feet beginning in 2025.
